Betty Bee Vintage Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed with Betty Bee Vintage (online shop). By placing an order for goods you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions of sale. We advise you to print and keep a copy of these terms and conditions for your records. Please note that we may make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time, so please check them each time you use the online shop.
Purchasing
To purchase goods from Betty Bee Vintage you need to complete and submit your order, details and payment using our shopping cart system. Your order is an offer to buy the goods on these terms and conditions of sale. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and your order details. Our email is our acceptance of your offer to buy the goods. Paypal will process your payment on our behalf. The supply of goods from the online shop is subject to availability. Whilst we always try to inform you if any goods are unavailable before you place and order, we cannot always do this. If this happens you will be informed by email and you will either not be charged or be refunded for any unfulfilled items.
Prices
All prices of goods available on the online shop are quoted and charged in sterling and, where applicable, are inclusive of VAT.
Payment
We accept payment through Paypal. If you would like to pay by Postal order or cash you must first submit your order by email via the contact us page. We will then send you your order total and the address details to submit your payment. Please note - Orders will only be reserved for a maximum time of 7 calendar days.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of payment receipt but in extreme cases please allow up to 28 days for delivery from placing your order. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class recorded. Each UK order regardless of weight incurs one shipping fee of £3.50. International buyers should email for a shipping quote. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Liability
Betty Bee Vintage shall not be liable if we are unable to carry out our obligations (including any delays) due to any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Betty Bee Vintage shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any business losses (including loss of profits, data anticipated savings goodwill or for wasted expenditure) you may suffer as a result of any breach of these terms and conditions of sale.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions of sale shall be governed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Betty Bee Vintage and you both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Out of Stock items/Special Order items
Occasionally demand out-strips supply and an item you have ordered may be out of stock, we give you an option to wait for item to be made (time will be quoted)refund or replace with an alternative item of equal value. Your order may be shipped in separate shipments to speed up the delivery process.
Returns
We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. You must first contact us with details of your order and request a Returns Authorisation code. Please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. PayPal is a safer, simpler way to send and receive money online. You can pay for your order with money held in your PayPal account balance or use another payment method such as a credit card, debit card or your bank account. You will be asked to log in to your account with your email address and password to confirm the payment. PayPal never shares your financial information with sellers or retailers.

The only personal information we collect within this website is your order details when an order is placed. No payment details are stored by us, with payment taking place via Paypal, one of the world's most secure (and protected) online payment facilities.
